【How to Receive Your Tickets】
*This reception will be exchanged for an admission ticket at the venue on the day of the event, and there is no need to collect the ticket at a convenience store.
Exchange will be possible from 1 hour before the opening of the venue.
*You will need to exchange your admission ticket with a serial number at the venue counter.
*You will be required to present your passport when exchanging tickets, so please be sure to bring it with you. There is no need to present your passport, but all purchased tickets must be redeemed.
*Admission will be in the order of the reference number written on the exchanged ticket.
*Only the person who purchased the ticket can pick up the ticket. Tickets cannot be exchanged by someone on your behalf. In addition, resale of collected tickets is prohibited.
*Please note that refunds cannot be made due to customer circumstances, except in the case of performance cancellation or postponement.
